  • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Birddog Talent is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the Consumer Electronics industry, with a focus on the Audio/Video (A/V) sector. We provide recruiting and talent acquisition services to companies seeking skilled professionals, as well as career placement support for candidates seeking new opportunities.

Services Provided

  1. Recruitment Services: We match employers with qualified candidates for specific job opportunities within the Consumer Electronics and A/V industries.
  2. Subscription-Based Recruiting: We offer a subscription model for ongoing recruiting services, providing cost-effective and continuous support.
  3. Candidate Support: We assist candidates by sharing potential job opportunities, preparing them for interviews, and offering career advice.

Employer Obligations

Employers using our Services agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete job descriptions and requirements.
  2. Act in compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.
  3. Notify Birddog Talent of any hiring decisions resulting from our introductions.

Candidate Obligations

Candidates using our Services agree to:

  1. Provide truthful and accurate information regarding their qualifications and work history.
  2. Use the Website and Services in good faith for legitimate job-seeking purposes.
  3. Notify Birddog Talent promptly if they secure employment through our Services.

Fees and Payments

  1. Subscription Fees: Employers engaging our subscription model agree to pay fees as outlined in their subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  2. Other Fees: Any additional fees for customized services will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

Confidentiality

  1. Candidate Information: Employers agree to treat all candidate information provided by Birddog Talent as confidential and use it solely for evaluating potential hires.
  2. Employer Information: Candidates agree to treat all employer information shared by Birddog Talent as confidential and use it solely for evaluating potential job opportunities.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website and Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Unauthorized use of the Website includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or intentions.
  2. Use of the Website to distribute spam or other unsolicited communications.

After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.

To Participate in our SMS notifications service, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age
  • Own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.
  • Be a subscriber to a wireless service with text messaging.  Please note that not all mobile carriers support this service.

You waive your right to a trial by jury and agree that any claims will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the service.
 

Disclaimer of Warranties

Birddog Talent provides its Services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee:

  1. The suitability or qualifications of candidates.
  2. The availability or suitability of job opportunities.
  3. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.

Limitation of Liability

Birddog Talent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or Services, including but not limited to:

  1. Employment decisions made by employers.
  2. Outcomes of job applications or interviews.
  3. Any reliance placed on the information provided on the Website.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Birddog Talent and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited. 

Termination

Birddog Talent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.
